The FLX Wienery
The Wienery is a passion project! Christopher Bates and Isabel Bogadtke opened the restaurant in May of 2014. Situated in Dundee, NY—bisecting the area between Watkins Glen and Geneva—the Wienery is a perfect place to dine when you’re cruising the many wineries located on State Route 14.
The Wienery specializes in artisanal, high-quality food served fast. They offer house-made brats, chorizo, and Italian sausages, hand-ground burgers, and fresh fries with a variety of toppings. Most ingredients are locally sourced, and the menu allows for gluten free and vegetarian options.
In addition to their incredible food, the Wienery spins excellent milkshakes—spiked, if you like—and offers cane sugar sodas and a unique beer/wine list with selections from all over the world! Even so, the FLX Wienery is anything but stuffy. This is casual, relaxed dining; come prepared to have fun, and get ready to pair fantastic beer and wine with the best wieners you’ve ever put in your mouth.
Ports' seasonal menu includes local farm fresh cheeses, fruits and vegetables. Choice meats and fresh fish are cut in-house each day and our pastry chef creates all of our desserts. The best Finger Lakes wines are always available by the glass. Dinner Tues- Sat, 5:00 to 9:00 PM.
With menus that change with the seasons, Executive Chef Orlando consistently factors in quality, sustainability, food-miles, and flavor into his cuisine. Where the food comes from, the farmers, and the environment that creates it are of utmost importance.
Veraisons is a from-scratch kitchen; one in which the details matter. All of our meats, produce, and cheese come from local farms and our fish is sustainably sourced. We pickle, preserve, and put away local fruits and vegetables for the coming months, as well as make our own condiments, sauces, and dressings. Our bread is sourced from several local bakers and our desserts are designed and made in-house, including pastries and custards.
Halsey's kitchen prepares everything with the freshest ingredients and takes great pride in our house recipes. We offer vegetarian and vegan options and can easily accommodate a gluten free diet. The hearty steaks, chops, and stuffed chicken challenge the healthiest of appetites, and our specials reflect the seasonal favorites of Chef Dave Buchanan. We now feature a wood fired oven in which we prepare our signature pizzas, house made breads, and roasted entrees.
Take in the enticing aromas of the open fire while perusing the broad wine list, house specialty cocktails, and delicious beer selection.
